
ABOUT ME.
Ever since I started working in the fitness industry I knew I wanted to do online coaching and be the help to other women that I
wish I had at the beginning of my journey. I didn’t want to fit in the standard group of online coaches. I wanted it to be a
personalised experience and to connect with each individual I work with. I also want all of my girls to excel in all parts of life, not
just physically.

After rupturing my ACL during a netball game earlier this year and undergoing a full knee reconstruction, I’ve gained a new
perspective on fitness. This journey has shifted my focus from aesthetics to viewing fitness as a vital tool for building and
maintaining a healthy, resilient body. It’s taught me the importance of strength, mobility, and long-term well-being, which I now bring into my coaching approach.

​I'm a 22-year-old fitness enthusiast and proud dog mum to two adorable Cavoodles. When I'm not focused on fitness, you'll probably find me with a good book in hand. I'm passionate about guiding others through their fitness journeys, while balancing my own training, reading, and spending quality time with my partner and pups.

A little fun fact about me - I have Coeliac Disease, which means I can’t eat gluten or anything that may contain traces of it. While it can be challenging at times, it’s pushed me to become a better home cook and get creative in the kitchen!
